Adsense, Affiliate, Make Money Online

Make money online with AdSense?  There are a lot of opinions these days regarding the interface of AdSense in the future, and how it will change and evolve from its present state. There are also all kinds of features that we would like to add to the interface, if only we have the power to do so. Let’s discuss some of the possibilities on Money How Today.

First of all, it is clear that aiming algorithms will become more powerful and ever better in the future. Over the last several years, this has been the case with the Google search engine, and it is likely to be the same with AdSense. Advertisers will appear in more suitable results, and those advertisers who influence their content to permit high-paying keywords may struggle to achieve results unless they are truly suitable to their contents.

Click Fraud concerns for AdWords advertisers will be addressed, and more protection will be provided. Google admits that this is a major issue that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. Currently, those who have high traffic levels can increase Click through Rates (CTR) and disguise IP addresses easily.

Google is devoted to improving their products and has presented site-targeted AdSense CPM, domain blocking and ’smart pricing,’ and there will likely be additional advancements to come that will serve to benefit and protect advertisers and allow them more control on their advertisements.  One good example of this sort of new development is the selection for an advertiser to have more freedom in determining the location where a message will be displayed. This could potentially restrict certain Web sites from displaying certain AdSense advertisements.  Another thought that has been advanced is that Google will incorporate AdSense in other media categories such as television and newspapers.  Already, we see Adsense embedded in You Tube videos, and we even have video units that we can feature on our site if we see fit.

Google has a gateway to more than 150,000 international advertisers who may opt to get into off-line markets in various countries. Since Google has a strong network of advertisers, they may opt to permit or nominate off-line providers to make a format for Adwords advertising in search, in content or off-line mediums.

On the other hand, some features have been discussed that would allow Adsense publishers more liberties and protections as well. One of the alternatives that may be enforced for AdSense publishers will permit them to define keywords of their own. Just because Google has previously been unwilling to consider this does not mean that it will not occur in the future.  Maybe there may be levels of publishers where more reputable publishers will be offered more liberties, similar to how Commission Junction has their network set up.

In addition, many people are demanding a more detailed description of AdSense’s policies on pricing. Google has never allowed this information to be public, and in extreme cases, they have even banned individuals who broke the code of silence, and at the moment it may seem improbable that such information will become public … but we can always wish.

Another attribute that could fit in with AdSense would be a feature that allows Web site publishers to view which links are producing clicks and possibly determine which keywords triggered those links.  This will ultimately help publishers fine tune their site and maximize their earnings by targeting the keywords that have been proven to work. However as long as publishers are creating site for the sole purpose of earning Adsense revenues, as opposed to providing legitimate content, this is also wishful thinking. Nevertheless, this would be one way for publishers to enhance their low AdSense revenues if additional tools were made available.

Meanwhile, RSS is the latest buzzword. The likelihood of posting targeted ads straight to users without any further consent is becoming a reality with RSS, and Google clearly will not miss out on the opportunities presented by RSS feeds. Already there are some tools available to allow publishers to lead their RSS subscribers to Adsense revenues, however with the growing popularity of RSS feeds, publishers want more.

There is likely a never-ending wish list of what we would like to see on Adsense – do you have any ideas of other features you would like to see?
